Reach the businesses that could buy from you, through the contact form on their website.

My system finds them, reads each website, and sends your message under your name. Replies come straight to you.

Not email. It goes through the form on their website, so there’s no spam folder in the way.

  1. Finds a business that fits
  2. Reads its website
  3. Writes the first line
  4. Sends it through their form
  5. The owner writes back

The questions people ask, in the order they ask them.

Something else on your mind? Send me a message and I’ll answer it.

How does it work?

Every day, my system:

  1. Finds businesses that match the customer you want, using public data on millions of companies.
  2. Reads each one’s website to check that it really fits, and writes an opening line about what they do.
  3. Sends your message through the contact form on their website, under your name.

When someone writes back, the reply goes straight to your inbox, and you take the conversation from there.

Can I see an example?

You may already have one. If a message from me reached you through your website’s contact form, that was my system at work. It found your business, read your site, wrote the opening line, and filled in your form by itself.

The replay at the top of this page shows the same steps. Watch it again

Does it actually bring in customers?

It starts conversations with businesses that fit. Whether they become customers depends on your offer and how you follow up, so I won’t promise a number.

To be upfront, it’s a new system. I’ve used it for my own outreach since September. Business owners write back every day, and some of those conversations have become clients.

Who can it reach for my business?

Any kind of business you can describe in a sentence, like “commercial cleaners in Ohio” or “software companies with a product on the market.” Because it reads each website, it goes by what a business actually does. It finds small-town businesses as well as big-city ones, not just the top results on Google.

It reaches hundreds of these businesses a day, across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and other countries, and it can write in other languages too.

The one thing it can’t reach is people at home, since they don’t have contact forms. So it fits best when your customers are businesses.

Is each message personal?

The first sentence is. It’s written for each business from its own website, like “I see you do commercial roofing.” It only says what their site says: no flattery, and no guessing.

The rest is your message, word for word. I’ll help you write it, and over time we can test different versions to see which one gets more replies.

Can I try it first?

There’s no free trial, because I build each system from scratch for one client. You can start with a single month and stop after that if it isn’t right for you.

Is this spam? Could it hurt my name?

Each message goes in the way a customer’s would: through the form a business put on its website to hear from people. It doesn’t chase anyone with follow-ups, and anyone who says no is never contacted again.

It also skips every form with a robot check (a CAPTCHA), never makes up an answer to a form’s question, and saves a screenshot of every form it sends.

What about anti-spam laws?

It writes only to businesses, about something that matters to their work, through the form they put up to be contacted. Anyone who asks to stop is never contacted again.

Some places ask for more. In Canada, for example, each message should include your business address and a simple way to opt out. I set yours up to match where you are and who you’re writing to.

Where do replies go?

Straight to you. Each form is filled in with your name and an email address we set up together, so people reply to you directly.

I’ll ask to read that inbox, for three reasons: so anyone who says no is never contacted again, so the automatic “thanks for your message” replies get sorted out and you only see real people, and so we can learn which messages work best. A separate address just for this keeps it apart from your everyday email.

Do I approve it before it starts?

Yes. Nothing goes out until you’ve approved the exact message and the kinds of businesses it will reach.

Is it software I use, or a service?

A service. There’s nothing to log in to or learn. I build a system around your business and run it for you, and the replies come to your inbox. It never touches your website or your accounts.

Do you use AI?

Yes, behind the scenes. AI reads each website to check whether the business fits, and writes the opening line from what that site says. Your message stays yours, word for word.

How do we get started?

Send me a message or book a call about who you’d like to reach and what you offer them. If it’s a fit, I’ll need a short description of your ideal customer, the name and email address to send under, and access to read that inbox.

Then I build your system, you approve the message and the targets, and it starts sending, usually within a few days.

Your next customer has a contact form.

Here’s mine. Send me a message, or book a 30-minute call.

I read and answer every message myself.
